It's the best Italian restaurant in Ottawa. Very authentic food and beyond delicious. Highly recommend fried zucchini and smelts for apps. Lasagna, Eggplant parm, Seafood fazzoletti to name a few outstanding dishes.

Wow wow wow! What a delicious experience!! Service was incredible and the food was to die for!!! Every meal brought to the table was delicious and the pasta was cooked perfectly ! The portion sizes are huge and the prices extremely fair for the quality and portions. I cannot wait to go back and try everything on the menu. Make sure to make reservations as the place is super tiny.

The food here is top notch and gives any restaurant on Preston St a run for their money. Very small restaurant so reservations are a must to avoid disappointment, they also have a brisk takeout clientele. Has entered my "top 5" fav restaurants in ottawa!

My wife and I went here for the first time to enjoy a date night out. Immediately we were welcomed with bright, vibrant and inviting staff. Once we sat down, it felt as though we had been welcomed into an Italian home to enjoy a meal with family. The servers were phenomenal; the best I have personally experienced while eating in a restaurant. They were attentive without being overbearing, and gave my wife and I excellent recommendations on our food choices. The food was absolutely dazzling. Beautiful presentation that tastes as good as it looks. You truly get a taste of classic authentic Italian food here. On top of all that, the dessert was amazing as well. My wife and I can hardly wait until the next time we dine at Porto A Casa!

Porto A Casa is a very small but quaint. The service is fantastic. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. You will not leave hungry. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Make a reservation because unless your luck is great, there is a line - and for a darn good reason! The food is fantastic and the staff are amazing. We've been once and I can promise you we're going again!
